Heat Recovery & Ventilation
A system that combines heat recovery with ventilation (a mechanical heat recovery ventilation system) will provide additional benefits and efficiencies.
This system works by drawing air out of warm, moist rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms. The heat in this exhaust air is transferred to incoming fresh, filtered air in a heat exchanger. This pre-warmed, fresh air is then blown into the habitable rooms such as living rooms and bedrooms, giving a constant supply of clean, fresh air which contributes to a healthy, comfortable living environment.
An underfloor heating system can sit beneath pretty much any type of flooring, including stone, tile, wooden or even carpeted surfaces.
Underfloor heating offers an alternative to radiators in bathrooms, kitchens, or an entire house - or simply a means to warm up a cold floor in winter.

The right heating controls will let you keep your home at a comfortable temperature without wasting fuel or heat.
If you have a central heating system, whether it's a heat pump or oil-fired, your full set of controls should ideally include a boiler thermostat, a timer or programmer, a room thermostat and thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs).
